Carmen Castillo, MD
Dr. Castillo is a board-certified physician with advanced training in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She has trained alongside some of the nation’s leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons, bringing cutting-edge expertise to her patients.
A proud Turlock native, Dr. Castillo is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized skin care to the Central Valley community she calls home. She began her academic journey at California State University, Stanislaus, before completing her basic sciences in medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. She then returned to the U.S. for her clinical rotations in Reno, Nevada, where she gained broad, hands-on experience in patient care. Following medical school, she completed her residency at the Valley Consortium for Medical Education in Modesto, training at Doctor’s Medical Center, the region’s Level II Trauma Center.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Castillo regularly attends leading dermatology and aesthetic medicine conferences to stay at the forefront of advancements in her field. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, allowing her to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds with warmth and understanding.

Zeth Rogers, PA-C
Zeth Rogers is a certified Physician Assistant at My Skin Institute, dedicated to promoting skin health and providing individualized care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions. With a compassionate approach, he strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients.
Zeth earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Gardner-Webb University. Originally from rural Kentucky, he grew up on a small family farm, where he learned the value of hard work and dedication from an early age.
Outside of medicine, Zeth enjoys woodworking, creating art, playing music, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

Sid Shah, PA-C
Passionate about making a positive impact on his patients, Sid Shah brings expertise in dermatology and a commitment to compassionate care to My Skin Institute.
Sid earned his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia before completing his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. He is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and has completed a dermatology fellowship to further expand his clinical expertise.
In his free time, Sid enjoys playing table tennis and traditional tennis, attending comedy shows, golfing, traveling to new countries, and relaxing with a good movie.
